Privacy Policy

Megtech ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or make a purchase.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: • Name and contact information (email, phone number, address) • Order and purchase history • Communications you send to us via Facebook or phone We do not collect payment card data. All payments are made via Cash on Delivery.

We use the information we collect to: • Process and fulfill your orders • Send you order confirmations and updates • Respond to your inquiries and customer service requests • Improve our website and services • Comply with legal obligations

We use cookie-free Umami to understand website traffic and shopping activity without sending it names, contact details, addresses, cart IDs or order IDs. A first-party campaign cookie remembers marketing labels for up to 30 days and may attach them to your order. With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure shopping activity, while Google Ads and Meta use cookies to measure advertising and orders placed. These optional services receive product details, order value and currency; Google receives an opaque order ID to prevent duplicates. We do not send them your name, email, phone number or address in event payloads. An order conversion means a cash-on-delivery order was placed, not that payment was collected. Change or withdraw optional tracking using Privacy choices. Your choice is remembered for six months. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Blocking tracking does not affect purchasing.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send a weekly selection of gaming news, PC hardware updates, product arrivals, and buying advice, in your preferred language. We may also occasionally email you about discounted products and giveaways. Newsletter contacts and email delivery are managed through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email or by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, or share your email address for other companies’ marketing. We use service providers such as Resend to manage and deliver our newsletter, and delivery partners to fulfill your orders.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

You have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate information • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time To exercise these rights, contact us via Facebook or phone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
